|
|
RB from
This is the selection that New England got for Richard Seymour. The Pats need a RB like Ingram to help out their already explosive offense. Ingram, Welker, Moss, and one of Gronkowski or Hernandez would be the best offense in the NFL. And with the recent troubles with Lawrence Maroney the Pats have to take a RB in the 1st round.

If the Redskins are serious about playing the 3-4 they need to add another DE.

With Dareus off the board there aren't many options. Between Ryan Williams, DeAndre Mcdaniell and Patrick Peterson I think that Patrick Peterson is the best value.

Pick:
10
going to the
Broncos

|
|
CB from
Will the Broncos trade back again? Too early to tell. All I know is the Broncos were horrible against the run last year and you would think they take a DE here, but Bailey seems to be the only one worthy of a top 15 pick, but not sure about a top 10 pick. This is Champs last year in Denver, so look for them to draft his replacement in the 1st round. Seems like a good year too, tons of CB talent.
Other possible pick: Von Miller/ Allen Bailey

Amukamara is an option there but i go with a DE and Romeus is the best available at my opinion.

3rd round : DeMarco Murray, RB, Oklahoma

|
DT from
They have J. Williams penciled in at starting DT at the moment def want some youth there and Marvin Austin would def help them out with that. Let's see with his suspensions and attitude if he drops out of this pick though.
2nd Rnd pick Greg Romeus DE Pitt upgrade over Jarvis Green. Broncos would be thrilled to see him slip to here. Austin and Romeus would instantly work wonders with their d-line.

A bit under sized for a 4-3 DE but he will make plays all over the field.

Round:
1
Pick:
10
going to the
Seahawks

|
|
QB from
The Seahawks get lucky that a top twenty talent QB is still available here.Mallett is not exactly who they wanted but he has very good size and a cannon of an arm.And if Coach Carroll wants to succeed in the NFL he will need to find a good pro QB soon to replace Matt Hassleback. And I don't think Charlie Whitehurst is the answer. They could go with Jonathan Baldwin at WR or Aaron Williams at CB but it would hurt them in the long run and probably make for another short coaching reign for Carroll.

Round:
1
Pick:
10
going to the
Rams

|
|
WR from
By giving #1 overall pick Sam Bradford a serious weapon in the passing game, the Rams finally have a chance to contend in the NFC West. Jones can easily go to the top of the depth chart when drafted just because of the lack of playmakers.

Round:
1
Pick:
10
going to the
Cardinals

|
|
CB from
The Cardinals are in need of a CB opposite Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Prince Amukamara is a solid prospect with good ball skills, speed, and tremendous coverage ability. Arizona is in a transition year with the losses of Kurt Warner, Anquan Boldin, Karlos Dansby, Antrel Rolle, and Bertrand Berry, but Amukamara is a great player who Ken Whisenhunt will love.

Round:

Pick:
10
going to the
Cardinals

|
|
QB from
So they decided to let Rolle, Dansby, and Boldin exit stage right, and Warner finally retired. The Cardinals are no longer going to be an offensive powerhouse. In turn, this hurts the defense. While I expect Beanie to take the next step, I think they took about 10 steps back.
Mallett is a big QB with a big arm. He is ready to be the face of a franchise, and that is what Arizona needs.
